WHAT IS A DIGITAL CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST AT UFS?

As digital specialist, you will be driving digital initiatives and assure that they are successfully implemented.

Our mission is to transform the business to a digitally driven one. You will be a part of both creating ideas and executing them. You will have both a lot of freedom and responsibility.

You will work closely together with the business supporting the integration of digital touchpoints via lead generation and engaging, thumb-stopping content that lead to sales.

Your area of expertise and responsibility will very much be in creating content, campaigning and media execution, and of course coordination.

You will be managing our externally facing platform touchpoints such as newsletter, social media and website and assure effortless planning and implementation within our four Nordic markets.

You will be part of a growth-hacking team assuring we constantly and efficiently improve our ways to reach our operators in the right place, at the right time and with the right message. No matter where they are in the sales funnel.

In this position you could be located in any of the following countries, Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED/HAVE:

The digital campaign specialist is a person with strong communication-, influencing- and coordination skills since you will be dealing with four countries´ marketeers, global colleagues, and agencies.

Great English skills are expected, and you are fluent in minimum one of the Nordic languages. If you are proficient in writing in more than one Nordic language, it is a big bonus.

It is your responsibility to ensure that digital projects are integrated and land well within the organization. Therefore, you will need to have a strong drive, an entrepreneurial mindset and agility.

Moreover, a creative mindset and marketing strategy experience is vital since you will be planning our Nordic content. Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, especially within paid and social media, customer targeting, and channel optimization will be key as you will be the driving this on a Nordic level.
