MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The Depot Checker is mainly responsible for receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch management of both finished goods and cabinets/freezers.

JOB SUMMARY
· Timely picking, staging, and dispatching of finished goods.
· Checking and documentation of trade returns and/or rejections both Good and Bad.
· Unloading of primary stock transfers.
· Monitoring temperature of cold storage facility, refrigerated container van, refrigerated trucks, and super freezers.
· Storing of finished goods inside cold storage.
· Daily cycle count.
· Maintaining FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures.
· Dispatching of cabinets and merchandising materials.
· Receiving of cabinets and merchandising materials from trade and from transfer.
· Storing of cabinets inside the dry warehouse.
· Preliminary approval of HKR cabinet evaluation.
· Maintaining of GWP (Good Warehouse Practice) and Safety awareness among workers.
· Ensure BO sorting of plastic wrappers, containers, and lids from sludge is performed appropriately.
· Ensure zero landfill.
· Ensure proper documentation in loaning of company assets like styro boxes, crates, and eutectic packs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's Degree holder in any course.
· At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Extensive knowledge in inventory management, good warehousing practices, and organizational safety.
· Experience in cold storage management or perishable goods logistics is an advantage.
· Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems or SAP is an advantage.
· FMCG experience is an advantage.
· Flexible within pattern of shift work.
