Misión

Manage CMs delivery performance and also cost and innovation projects.

Principales funciones
- Provide clear visibility on Performance management KPIS - Guarantee the production plan. Understand the key losses and lead with 3PM (CM) properly action plan in order to guarantee service level - Manage raw and pack material inventory accuracy - Propose and deliver savings plans - Guarantee flawless innovation implementation - Guarantee flawless innovation implementation in accordance with technical & business requirements - Support commissioning and any line ramp up.

Principales Requisitos
-Experience in Supply Chain (make, planning primarily)

-Operations in consumer good industry products (supply chain, manufacturing) Skillset needed:

- Personal Mastery: very good balance between operational excellence (discipline) and negotiation skills.

-Business acumen: Focused on bringing to the table new savings ideas (P&L understanding) to support the cost optimization agenda

- Agility: You will be an out of the box thinker coming up with solutions to new problems whilst using your influencing skills to convince the co-makers to implement what drives business strategy

-Speaks fluently Spanish and English is nice to have.
