CONTEXT

LOCALISATION : Rueil-Malmaison (92), at the Unilever France HQ.

DATE AND TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI starting as soon as possible.


MAIN JOB PURPOSE

You will be part of a team led by the People Experience & Operations Manager, who handles Recruitment, Payroll and Core HR Activities, who reports to our European teams and works closely with the local HRBPs.

The HR Advisor acts as a key partner in ensuring simple & delightful employee experiences.

Is the single point of contact for Employees and Line Managers for all HR related topics (including systems & processes); and responsible for ensuring that the employee policies & practices are consistently applied across client group and company-wide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


- Acts as the first “human” point of contact for any key employee moment.

- Back-to-back support of the People Experience & Operations Manager.

- Lead continuous improvement on tools and processes.

- Actively support in embedding new culture and in any change management initiatives.

- Ensures each employee has a great experience in any of key employee moments, by supporting employee in the right way through these key moments (for example: onboarding, career planning…)

- Captures and understands the “pulse” of the individual employee and provides insights to HRBP and business to contribute to innovation and culture and any other HRBP related scope

- Network with peers in Europe and in Global Team on Continuous improvement for User experience

- Provides support and subject matter expertise to recommend appropriate action to resolve issues.

This role is fully customer facing, serving as the first point of contact for the business (employee & manager) when it comes to end-to-end HR policies and procedures. This role will have full ownership of content and knowledge management in these areas and will always aim to find the right approach for every question using our policies, available expertise, knowledge of laws and systems as well as your common sense.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

- A Master's degree in a relevant field.

- 3 years of working experience in a fast-moving business environment.You are fluent in French and English

- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.)

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively

- Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines

- Superior interpersonal and communication skills

- Solid customer service and relationship management skills

- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
