Job description

Purpose of the Role:

1. Establishing capabilities (future skills and technology) to win with shoppers and customers for Levant & Iraq
2. Effective management and rollout of Levant & Iraq CD IT projects (DMS, Central Reporting & Analytics, Perfect Store, Capability and productivity for 3P / DSRs and Merchandising Field Force)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish / launch CD Operational Standards across Levant & Iraq, strengthening the consistency in execution and reporting across the Levant & Iraq countries.

2. Drive CD Intelligence through digitized Analytics & Scorecards

3. Prepare CD IT strategic roadmap and execute the annual Operational Plans

4. CD Learning Academy - Skills / Capabilities Plan and Delivery of training plans for field and 3P sales teams

Key Requirements:

- 1-2 Years of Experience (FMCG is preferable)

- Programming or software developing experience is a MUST

- Experience in leveraging IT to drive execution will be critical
- Excellent Project Management
- Managing good relationships with virtual teams
- Decision Making skill

- Preference for candidate from CD IT & Operations background.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree (in Business or Computer Engineering or Computer Science)

- Excellent knowledge with IT

- Excellent Excel skills
