Category and Channel Development Assistant Manager - KSA

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
· This role should support to:
· Lead development of Customer Facing Category Strategy (CFCS)
· Ensure that business plans are ‘trade-fit'
· Own S&OP output
· For IBP, provide customer and channel lens to brand JTBD and SKU portfolio for next year
· Input into innovation/ renovation business cases (e.g. pack size by channel, pricing, distribution & trade margins)
· Take decisions on NRM Levers 3-5 & trade investments for category/channel
· Main role: To work with CCD Manager in respect to preparation for Innovation/S&OP forecasts/Analyse/Track & drill data as per the requirement for Category Analysis/Manage Consumer Price Promotions in terms of Allocations/Tracking/Co ordinations with Sales Supervisors. It is the voice of the customer & shopper (incl Ecommerce) at the CCBT table and brings the external world in – ensures the internal plans are ‘trade fit'.

JOB SUMMARY
· Develop Customer Facing Category Strategy (CFCS) – translating category marketing plans to customer & channel plans
· Lead consolidated CD input into S&OP and own S&OP output (month 1-3) – manage/ drive CD business performance in the month and quarter
· IBP – CCD integral part of brand community; provides customer (incl Ecom), channel lens to brand JTBD and SKU portfolio for next year
· Innovation – Input into innovation / renovation business cases e.g. pack size by channel (Ecom incl), pricing, distribution targets & trade margins
· Holistic customer/ channel investment (shopper marketing, trade marketing, in-store)
· NRM – Decision on Levers 3-5 for category/ channel
· Channel strategies and SKUs incl. new (ecommerce, omni-channel) and traditional channels (e.g. TT Food, Drug, etc.) by geography to win in-store/ online
· KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Very Proficient knowledge of Excel skills
· Forecasting and planning by channel.
· Administration of budgets and sales report.
· Ability to multi task.
· Must have problem solving skills.
· Must have strong interpersonal & communication skills
· Being able to look at new ways for growth
· Thorough in Analysis
· Team Co ordination
· Should be : from FMCG Companies
· Have Sales and Supply Chain Background
· 3 - 5 years experience in same filed
