Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst is involved in all aspects of the customer planning process and interact closely with the CD and SC Demand Planners. The main responsibility is to achieve forecast accuracy targets at the customer level.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

Focusing on Demand Forecasting accuracy. Reviewing improvements at the customer level which is the foundation and starting point of the S&OP Demand Forecast process.

You're a born leader: Can quickly establish and nurture productive relationships across organizational and functional lines. Also, effectively advocate, prosper decision making options, compelling analyses of alternatives and working to make stronger, higher impact decisions.

You're a dot connector: Understands the shape of the total business forecast and recommend adjustments where reasonable. Act as gatekeeper to business knowledge and insights. Liaise between Customer Development and all other business teams

You're a changemaker: Maintain an overview of the key category issues and manage/communicate the gap working cross functionally on solutions.

You're a paradox navigator: Evaluate Post mortem on month, identifying major trends effecting volume and adjusting future forecasts as necessary. Review Post Promotional Analysis, making sound recommendations to future Promotional plans

What You'll Need To Succeed

- Bachelor's degree (Preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

- 2+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Trade, Finance, BB, CS or CD

- Experience working and communicating in a team environment.
