We are looking to hire a Brand Executive for Comfort based in Mumbai HO
Job Requirements:
Consumer understanding, brand awareness, General Trade and Modern Trade Channel understanding, network management, ability to analyze and make plans to completion, liaising with finance, supply chain, R&D, CD (Sales), and all other partner functions, liaising with creative agencies, independent thinking & owners’ mindset on the portfolio.
You should be proficiently versed with Nielsen, IMRB, and Chanakya and comfortable working with large data sets, have an appreciation for aesthetics when creating and deploying influencers and other POS creatives.
Here is what your day at Unilever would look like:
· Develop an in-depth understanding of regional markets and consumers leading the communication within the laundry market.
· Analyse internal and external data to identify state-wise issues/opportunities and action upon them.
· Work with media teams and other stakeholders to deploy effective communication for Comfort across traditional.
· Liaising with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Procurement to lead end-to-end networks involving but not limited to pricing changes, new SKU launches, packaging changes, product changes, etc.
· End-to-end influencer activations: from insight to briefing to landing activation on time in full. To track the effectiveness of activations and pivot accordingly.
· Experiment with new-age media platforms and track output metrics on activations.
· To create and maintain a consistent brand world across all activations and POS.
Key Skills & Requirement:
· Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
· Experience working with creative agencies for briefing and creating content.
· Analyzing media and experience working with media agencies for a robust media plan creation, deployment, and evaluation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· 2+ years of experience in marketing
· Strong Project Management skills.
· Understands customers and shoppers.
· Proficient with data analysis and storytelling via tools such as Excel & PPT.
· Monitors progress identifies problems effectively & takes action to solve them efficiently.
· Budget Management to estimate and plan for the future.
