MAIN JOB PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Audience Insight Specialist is the champion of the use of segmented and personalised communications to drive better reach and engagement across Unilever's brands and categories. You will work alongside Brand and Category Insight Managers, Marketing Operations, Customer Relationship Marketing leads and local IT team. You will be responsible for building a strategic data driven marketing roadmap across priority brands to drive the increased acquisition and use of consumer data to create effective and engaging consumer experiences. You will be responsible for embedding the use of Unilever owned audiences in marketing activities and ensuring that all briefs completed deliver maximum business value.


JOB SUMMARY
· Play an advising role in the data driven marketing activities and providing input on data strategy.
· Play a leading role in the discussion around on super segments (e.g. young mother).
· Proactively partner with Category and Brand teams by educate and inspire them on the practicalities and potential of the use of consumer data to drive personalized marketing.
· Lead realization of new omni channel use cases that reach the right consumer at the right moment with the right message.
· Create and advise on new use case and consumer journeys and support implementation of tag management across all digital assets that feed into the Data Management Platform.
· Collate and prioritize all brand requests for use of Unilever audiences in execution of Media and direct to consumer communications - Work with Marketing teams to create data driven briefs, define requirements for data analysis, insight and contact strategy recommendations to support marketing goals.
· Support to generate audience and consumer journey insights.
· Set the requirement of analysis support teams who work on analytics, dashboard and help unlock new data sources.
· Develop roadmaps across Marketing and Media teams to increase the use and acquisition of consumer data, as well as targeting capability.
· Work with related part of the tech stack, for instance Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign Solution.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum three (3) years' work experience in Digital Marketing.
· Knowledge of Digital Marketing campaigns.
· Experience with digital analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), tag management systems (e.g. Adobe Tag Manager) and Data Management Platforms.
· Ability to understand and articulate customer needs in business and more technical vocabulary.
· Experienced/Understanding of data driven paid media e.g. programmatic.
· Experience managing relationships within a large, multinational, matrix organization.
· Proven project management experience, particularly around managing delivery or implementation.
