CONTEXT:

Pond’s is the biggest brand in face in the Philippines and Skincare being a strategic priority for Unilever, there is huge opportunity for Pond’s to accelerate growth.

With marketing campaigns and innovation launches planned annually to drive growth, the resource is needed to help land flawless brand launches and core campaign activation across channels including digital, in-store, e-commerce and influencer marketing.

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The individual we are looking for needs to be proactive, driven with strong bias for action, and has a keen mindset for growth. The job will entail leading Pond’s Business in the Philippines, directly working with Total Face Deploy Senior Brand Manager

JOB SUMMARY

· Launch and Network Management for Pond’s innovations
· Manage the P&L for the brand
· Responsible for leading the taskforce team in OTIF world-class launches and core activations
· Responsible for understanding and analyzing data, and making growth plans & strategies for the brand
· Responsible for Offline and Online Promotional tactics for Ponds including Monthly E-commerce Activation
· Work with agencies in making new campaigns for local activations, and deployment mixes, largely skewed to influencer marketing
· Work closely with CD & SC team in ensuring excellent in-market execution and speed to market

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 1 year of marketing or sales experience in a consumer goods industry
· Experience in managing brand P&L
· Experience in strategy development, analysis, brand equity management
· Experience in brand activation, communication development, execution
· Experience in leading cross functional task force
· Experience in Digital/E-commerce Industry
