Job description

Assistant Operation Manager is responsible for executing the CD Function plans for the region, achieve GSV Value/Volume, Perfect Store (Right assortment, SOS, Planogram, COC, Innovations, OSA, Market execution in MT channel) and drive operational excellence along with customer service to ensure successful achievement of S&OP cycle to strengthen Unilever presence in the market place of Center Region.
•Manage MT channel target in Center region in accordance with CD plans to achieve/exceed objective in terms of exaction, perfect store & service level
•Demonstrate excellent leadership capability by building winning team & Growth mind set.
•Create and lead procedures to streamline processes internally & externally to deliver an efficient and effective results across all stakeholders (Supply Chain, Merchandising, CD KAM)
•Ensure proper roll-out of the best practice for Center region.
•Develop strong relationship with customers in order to execute and operationalize business strategy.
•Capture New opportunities/insights to be tailored to Center region (Promotions, Scheme, Pack-Size, Activity, Distribution Methods, and Branding areas).
