WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Drive Financial Performance of the Category

·  Accountable for the P&L, Movements and Gaps to Business Targets
·  Provides support in financial simulations like Pricing, Savings, Promo Investment, Innovations
·  Deep-dive Risks and Opportunities in Growth and Costs
·  Ensure accuracy of Financial Reports

Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis on High-Value Business Priorities.

·  Annual and Long-Term Business Planning
·  New Product Launches
·  Portfolio Mix Improvements
·  Saving Initiatives

Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local & Global Business Teams

·  Monthly Forecast & Weekly Turnover Submissions
·  Monthly Financials Presentations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administrations, Engineering or related fields.
·  At least 3 years of experience in Finance such as Management Reporting, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Budget Management, Financial Audit, etc.
·  Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action.
·  Advanced English
·  Good understanding on finance process and operations.
·  Advanced skills in Excel, and good knowledge of SAP and BW.
·  Excellent engagement, presentation and communication skills
