The opportunity:

We have a fabulous role to work in our Refreshments team on what we believe is the most the iconic brand in ice cream- Magnum. If you think you have a finger on the pulse when it comes to trends, this might be the brand for you.

As Unilever's biggest ice cream brand, we are looking for a marketeer who:

· Has the drive to run a brand as if it were their own business. A person who can run a project from start to end and able to manage complexity and challenges with pragmatism and focus
· Can build relationships as you will be partnering with global stakeholders as well as cross functional teams, working directly with customers
· Can build innovation and product strategies through local manufacturing, global manufacturing and outsourcing. Also identifying new routes to market.
· Can deliver exceptional launches to reach our consumers through developing integrated marketing campaigns, including local production of campaigns. If you have digital media experience, that will be an advantage
· Develops engaging campaign assets and messages, always with the consumer in mind.

You are:

· Passionate – you believe in the product and have an entrepreneurial mindset, being the champion of your brand inside and outside of Unilever. Are you our next Magnum ambassador?
· Experienced - in both ATL & BTL marketing strategies with proven project management skills
· Commercia l – you can think outside of the box to not just focus on the past and present but what the future may hold for ice-cream innovation in ANZ
· Strategic – ability to develop and land projects in short-time frames with multiple customers with a mindset of creating strong future growth plans.
· Autonomous & collaborative – you don't need to be closely managed and you understand the complexities of working in multiple teams in a global, matrix organisation

Ideally you are already working in marketing, with FMCG experience, but not necessary. Experience in a fast-paced business where a core component of your role has been new product launches will be an advantage. Naturally you have fantastic communication skills that see you build rapport quickly and earn respect and confidence from key stakeholders.
