MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The vision for the Consumer Technical Insights (CTI) team is to grow Unilever into one of the most consumer led, innovative and entrepreneurial companies in the world by rapidly translating new technical & consumer insights and ideas into actions and driving bigger, better and more disruptive innovations that deliver valued consumer experiences.

JOB SUMMARY
You will be:
· Leading consumer studies to identify and reveal consumer & technical insights to land in various innovation & capability projects
· Turning consumer data into meaningful insights.
· Keenly observing consumer and market trends through digital tools, consumer connects and market surveys.
· Managing technical evaluation of products
· Inspiring R&D team to innovate and introduce sustainable Home and Personal Care products based on consumer needs
· Creating impactful reports and presentations, engaging cross-functional audiences to help shape business decisions.
· Coordinating closely with Regional and Global Consumer Technical Insights teams and R&D Centers for inspiration and building up on local insights.
· Engaging with external agencies for execution of consumer studies.
· Developing and managing product claim support strategy. Coordinating with Legal and Regulatory teams to assess product claims.
· Developing practical demonstrations highlighting product technology and benefits to expand consumer reach and believability through in-store and digital demos.
· Implementing digital ways of working including use of digital tools for data collection and evaluation
· Using social media platforms to gather insights and understanding into mind of consumers.
· Exploring Digital platform to inspire R&D product and packaging teams to develop knowledge based selling tools and demonstrations
· Exploring opportunities of business growth within E-commerce by creating product and packaging solutions fit for E-commerce channel.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
We would like to hear from you if you have the following:
· Bachelor's degree required
· Experience in behavioural/market research
· Experience or knowledge of statistical techniques
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Personal passion for Innovations and Trends
· Ability to recognise insights and communicate them effectively to a team
· Competent use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
