As 'Group Brand Management & Digital Governance' we support and develop the Group’s brand positioning through:

·  conception and management of Brand Identity and Group storytelling;
·  the management of Digital Assets;
·  the execution of media planning activities and related investment optimization activities;
·  the management of promotional and commercial sponsorships;
·  aiming for excellence and striving to achieve stakeholders satisfaction

Description Corporate Function

'Group Brand Management & Stakeholder Insight' within the Group Brand Management & Digital Governance, is the structure responsible for managing all the listening activities related to External customers (Individual ans Corporate), Internal customers and prospects, working with IGA (IT, GE, AU) and CEE countries (BIH, BG, HR, CZ, HU, RO, RU, SK, SLO, SRB, TK) and supporting the business decisions

Job description

The intern will be involved in all the team activities as following summarize:

•  Checking and Analysis of Banks market research raw data and reports
•  Database handling
•  Presentations’ draft summarizing the financial and market research results at both Bank and holding level
•  Availability for 6 months (a shorter period cannot be considered)

What we expect from you

Students in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineer who have to make the internship required by the plan of their studies or attending a Master with the following skills:

• English fluent
• Microsoft Office excellent usage, especially Power Point and Excel; SPSS or any other statistical software knowledge, would be a plus
• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis and Database skills
• Interest in customer satisfaction matters; experience and knowledge in research area is a plus
• Willingness to learn, attention to details attitude and flexible mindset
• Team working and team building oriented
• Good relational and interpersonal skills, able to rapidly integrate well into an organization which is international in culture and structure
