Property Graduate

Reporting to the Property Portfolio Manager, this is an outstanding opportunity to work within a financially strong and private Group with a diverse range of assets and projects and where you will be able to fully utilise your skills and make a real difference.

You will gain an unprecedented insight into the way a fast moving entrepreneurial business operates and be part of a very special “make it happen team” with a brilliant culture. What we do in property

- We own a substantial residential portfolio which is let out
- We own a lending and Joint Venture (JV) build and funding company for residential new build development
- We own a significant range of property assets including commercial
- We are involved in many exciting JVs

Your role and this special opportunity

The areas you will be involved in are:

- Sales, Marketing and Lettings
- Property management
- Supporting Project Managers on a major redevelopment programme

You will play a real part in building on our reputation and business and you’ll enjoy impressive scope to grow and develop with us.

A full driving licence is required.

A property or business related degree of 2:1 or above.
