Your team
The Brand Activation, Sponsorship & Events team is part of the UBS Brand Management and responsible for the planning and execution of the UBS global and regional sponsorship platforms.

Your role
Key activities include:
• Responsibility for brand activation in the communication/activation team of the F1 sponsorship program
• Development, implementation and controlling of communication activities with focus on digital and social media channels (e.g. UBS F1 microsite, Facebook, Twitter etc.)
• Content creation in collaboration with agencies and suppliers
• Maximize brand impact in collaboration with internal and external partners (e.g. divisional marketing units, F1 hospitality team, agencies, suppliers)
• Support development of F1 annual strategic communication plan
• Management of and collaboration with external agencies and suppliers
• Stakeholder management of internal clients (e.g. divisional marketing units, regional teams etc.)

Your experience and skills
• Bachelor or Master degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Branding and/or Communications
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to operate in a global, complex, high-pressured and fast-paced environment
• Experience in digital marketing and social media
• Thorough knowledge of digital platforms and channels e.g. websites, apps, mobile, social media
• Understanding of web analytics, social listening and tracking of digital marketing effectiveness
• Very passionate, driven and committed team player who can also work independently and proactively while being able to collaborate
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal English required, German desirable
• Excellent MS-Office knowledge
