Your team
The team is responsible for transaction processing, control, risk mitigation and reconciliations tasks.
*Manage and escalate operational risks arising from processes.
*Monitor and process pending items as well as correcting discrepancies.
*Provide support and advice for front and middle office staff.
*Interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed.

Desired profile
Your experience and skills
* Strong Equity Product knowledge / experience
• Confirmations Drafting / Matching experience
• Familiarity with MarkitWire / Electronic Trade Confirmations processing
* Confident in dealing with client queries and following through with prompt and efficient actions.
* Shares information effectively with colleagues.
• Develops effective working relationships with colleagues within the team and in other parts of the OTC derivative group.
• Enthusiastic approach with drive and initiative to resolve issues and problems and to close within targets.
• Contributes actively to help create effective partnerships, which meet organizational objectives
• Prioritizes tasks at an individual and team level
• Escalates issues to management to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Focuses on risks associated with documentation tasks performed, such that process enhancements and individual actions do not compromise risk management
• Drives for and focuses on business success and profitability; shows concern for financial stewardship and the proper management of financial resources.
• Gaining detailed knowledge of the core processes / functions in his/her area
• Strong working knowledge of relevant ISDA Definitions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications [particularly Excel and Word].
• Knowledge of core risk and operational principles
