Job Description

Project Management Support:

·  Support project management activities alongside core responsibilities
·  Participating in demonstrations and presentations to production and business teams on the various services available, such as Ubisoft Connect, Stats & Leaderboard, and participating in integration with internal and external partners.
·  Coordinating configuration operations and assisting with the integration of new productions and product launches.
·  Analyzing requirements in collaboration with production studios and/or the business and creating a schedule.
·  Working with senior project managers to document the technical and non-technical details of the project.
·  Advising production and business teams to help them achieve their objectives (defining opportunities, technical implementation, improving the user experience).
·  Building relationships with customers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement among users by effectively relaying feedback to Product Managers.
·  Contributing to project reporting and communication.

 

Live Operations Support:

·  Collaborating closely with the Live Operations team for Social and Engagement products.
·  Assisting in coordinating, preparing, and following up on live activities.
·  Contributing to social features, engagement campaigns, and in-game or web-based activations.
·  Supporting the smooth execution of live operations.
·  Assisting with configuration, monitoring, and issue tracking tasks.
·  Facilitating cross-team communication.
·  Gaining hands-on experience in operating and maintaining live products in production environments

As you gradually gain autonomy, you may also be asked to take on projects related or unrelated to the tasks listed above. 

 

Qualifications

·  You are a student, you have a good knowledge of web/multimedia services and strong analytical skills.
·  Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
·  You are a good communicator and demonstrate responsiveness and proactivity.
·  You understand the technical aspects of a web integration service and communicate effectively with developers and future integrators on development topics.
·  Familiarity with different project methodologies (agile) and the tools used to implement them (Jira, Confluence, AI, Bug Tracker, Wiki, Checklists) is a plus.
·  A strong interest in video games is highly appreciated.

Recruitment process

If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to schedule a phone exchange in order to determine if the job description matches your profile, but also what you are looking for.

If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.

Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft?

From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!

Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
