On being a Production Analyst at Ubi Montréal
Under the authority of the Production director, the main tasks of the Production Analyst are:
· Analyzing systems, reviewing production to ensure accuracy, completing weekly and monthly production activity reports.
· Give short, medium and long-term solution in terms of production analysis adapt to the need of the project.
· Put in place and operate a project planning or tracking system.
· Analyze data and communicate result to the project management
· Support team member in the creation of personalize the tracking sheet.
· A few other tasks production analysts perform are preparing reports for management, general clerical duties and performing quality checks.
What it takes to make it
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer technology, accounting or equivalent training or experience;
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in one of this industry;
· Video game production;
· 3D animation production;
· VFX Production;
· Television Production;
· Cinema Production;
· Software development.
· Experience in report creation and presentation;
· Be able to create dashboards;
· Be client oriented;
· Good database knowledge;
· Excellent Excel knowledge, Microsoft Office, and Jira;
· Tableau Software experience is a good asset;
· Strong at managing priorities and milestones;
· Analytic sense, rigor and detail oriented;
· Dynamic, motivated and good team spirit;
· Proactive, independent and honest;
· Good interpersonal and communication skills;
·
Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
