Ubisoft Bucharest  has been an important pillar for the local gaming industry since 1992, being the first Ubisoft production studio outside France. It has a strong history of contributing to iconic AAA franchises such as Assassin’s Creed, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, Watch Dogs and Just Dance, and has helped develop a total of over 60 games . Today, the studio is the 2nd largest Ubisoft studio worldwide and continues to tackle the biggest challenges in gaming and technology, contributing to the creation of new and amazing games.

 

Ubisoft is looking for a Product Owner to join our Bucharest QC Technical Department to work on products with direct impact on Ubisoft QC processes and future.

You will be working closely with the web development team whose mission is to develop software that integrates QC activities: reporting, analytics, build deployment and many more.  

Responsibilities

·  Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project
·  Manage the mid to long-term roadmap and product releases
·  Be accountable for backlog management and prioritization
·  Be accountable for the product business KPIs: definition, implementation, monitoring and follow up
·  Attend scrum meetings including standups, retrospectives, reviews and planning
·  Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
·  Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting the team’s completion of Release/Sprint Goals
·  Present and showcase the tools, gather and document feedback
·  Maintain an on-going relationship with the end users, get feedback and transform it into required product improvement and new features
·  Create user facing tools documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·  Relevant experience working with Agile methodology and with development teams, SCRUM experience is a plus
·  Be comfortable with data management and visualization: understand metrics and KPIs and have a KPI driven mindset
·  Must be capable of managing multiple stakeholders always having in mind a value driven approach
·  Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary
·  Always seek improvements and be curious
·  Excellent communication & collaboration skills
·  Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English language
