Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile is currently seeking a Producer to help our team on their next adventure. You will join an international and successful game development team and will report to the Studio Manager.

Your daily adventure:

·  You will manage the development of a game title from pre-production to final game release, with an eye towards meeting defined budgets, schedules and quality targets.
·  You will build the core team. Anticipate resource needs and deploy a resource plan.
·  You will work with the Brand Managers and Team Leads and Creative Director to communicate a clear vision for the game.
·  You will create milestone schedules in coordination with Associate Producer, Leads and Brand Manager based on the game vision.
·  You will continuously assess risk and keep scope of the project in line with budget and schedule, while also working with the team to be creative and produce the best quality game achievable within constraints.
·  You will ensure daily tasks are in line with the game vision and each member of the team is working from a tracked schedule and has a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability for quality and timeliness.
·  You will communicates constantly with the development team and internal departments including Marketing, QA, HQ, Operations, Customer Service, Localization, and Legal.
·  You will applies leadership in motivating everyone involved with the project’s success to solve key performance issues and increase efficiency.
·  You will help create and maintain project management documents including status reports, project plans, communications plans, postmortems and compiling of historical information.
·  You will be involved in HR processes. Supervise and coach team members and foster positive working relationship and teamwork within the development teams with an emphasis on communication.

·  You have at least 5 or more years of demonstrable experience in management position.
·  You have working experience in the Games Industry and production processes.
·  You have in depth knowledge of mobile game market; having shipped some mobile games, from conception to live operations as a producer or team lead.
·  You have passion for creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences.
·  You have good gaming background as well as ability to evaluate video games.
·  You have strong analytic skills; you are very well organised and problem solving.
·  You have excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
·  You are responsible, result-oriented, able to work under high pressure and to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
·  You have genuine interest in games, especially mobile free-to-play gaming.
·  You are fluent in English (written and oral).
·  You have work permit for Spain, obtained prior to applying for the position.

 Bonus:

·  You have a Master’s degree specialised in Management.
·  You have a project Management certification like PMP, Scrum Master, etc.
·  You have a good knowledge of Spanish or French.
