Social Media & Community (40%)

·   Generate, edit, publish, relay and share content from the Ubisoft network on a daily basis
·   Oversee and manage social media channel design, set up, new features
·  Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency in line with global tone
·  Consist improve the brand awareness and positive sentiment over social media
·  Leverage the hot topic in the social media to increase the positive sentiment and engagement
·  Communicate and engage with fans to respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor feedback

Analyzing (30%)

·  Analyze performance to improve the KPIs
·  Suggest and embrace the new social media channel with the industry trend
·  Suggest and implement social media strategy to align business goals with a supervisor
·  Provide weekly and monthly report or hot report to a supervisor and react

PR & Marketing (30%)

·  Involve marketing planning for each product
·  Assist on marketing events
·  Provide monthly report and hot report to a supervisor and react
·  Graduated from a business school or university
·  Degree level and/or equivalent Professional qualification in marketing/communication
·  Strong interest in the video gaming market either PC/Console and Free-to-play games
·  Fresh graduate is fine, experience in community management/social media management is a plus
·  Good communication, oral/written in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
·  Will fit into a team environment and be able to work with people both within, and outside of, the company
·  Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and basic for Adobe Photoshop
·  Familiar with video editing tools and voice dubbing is a plus

Inside Ubisoft Hong Kong office, you are part of the team in charge of the marketing related effort, especially in social media/community for Hong Kong Cantonese and Southeast Asia English audiences.
