Ubisoft International Production is the headquarters of our network of production studios and plays an essential role in the conception of our games. Closely working with the top management and our studios worldwide, our role is to support the various project teams on different topics (production processes, design, business strategy, marketability, financial planning) in order to enable them to develop high-quality games while maintaining an editorial and strategic coherence. This particular position allows our team members to benefit from a global overview of all our current projects under development.

You will join the Online Services teams of Ubisoft, which are supporting games by building & managing online solutions that connect them with the players.
As a Live Operations Coordinator Assistant , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth launch of live operations across our services portfolio. You will collaborate with production teams, account managers, and other partners to configure the different back-office of our tools, ensuring operational flows are consistent with design and partners expectations.
Your main missions will be:
· Support live operations across multiple games by configuring back-office tools in alignment with defined operational flows ;
· Assist production teams in setting up their live operations to meet project-specific requirements and expectations ;
· Create and maintain documentation for internal teams and external partners to ensure clarity and consistency in processes ;
· Collaborate with account managers to design and implement operational flows tailored to the needs and goals of different productions ;
· Audit user flows to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of live operations ;
· Identify and communicate partner needs to help shape the evolution and improvement of internal tools and products.
Qualifications
· You have a strong interest in live operations or project management ;
· You are recognized for your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ;
· You have the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (technical, production, and business teams) ;
· You are comfortable learning and working with back-office tools , configuration systems, and documentation platforms ;
· You are fluent in English, enabling you to work in an international environment. French is a plus.

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft?
From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!
Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.
A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
What is Ubisoft’s remote work policy?
We embrace a hybrid work model helping you stay connected with your team and aligned with business priorities, while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance. Note that some roles are fully office-based and are not eligible for hybrid work.
Under our hybrid working model, you will work three days a week at our offices and will be able to work from home up to two days a week.
