As a Junior IT Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering on-site and remote technical support, hardware and software used by Ubisoft employees.

Your daily adventure

PROVIDING SUPPORT
On-site and remotely to end users on hardware (workstations, laptops, peripherals, printers etc.) and standard software (Windows OS, MS Office pack and others)

ENSURING SECURITY TEAM’S BEST PRACTICES

PREPARING AND INSTALLING WORKPLACES
For new employees

ENSURING PROPER CONFIGURATION
Of the meeting rooms

INTERACTING WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS
Regarding purchasing and repair of hardware

For stockrooms and IT assets

BEING PROACTIVE
Identifying and communicating potential improvements to your manager

ENSURING THE PROPER FOLLOW-UP
On issues and requests

UPDATING THE KNOWLEDGE BASE

Related to your work

KNOWLEDGE
Expertise in PC and laptop support and latest hardware news
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Good knowledge of printing equipment
Good knowledge of networking, cabling
Basic knowledge of Active Directory

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Great sense of customer service 
Collaborate effectively with other team members
Good level of English (spoken and written)

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
Being precise and organized in your work

ADAPTABILITY
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment
Ability to make decisions quickly

ADVANTAGES
College diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent experience and IT certification 
Experience in technical support to end users
