Job Description
The Global Creator Campaigns Manager (CCM) is responsible for designing, orchestrating, and executing innovative global strategies and programs with content creators to attract and connect with our audiences, support player diverse interests, and sustain their engagement with Ubisoft games. They act as a true expert and main liaison point for key internal partners to make informed creator campaign decisions and align resources and vision towards common objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic planning
· Drive strategic development of global creator strategies for Ubisoft brands - inclusive of sponsored partnerships and earned engagement- that serve creators community needs while supporting global marketing objectives.
· Shape creator journey throughout the entire game’s lifecycle, from Announce, Launch and Post Launch to drive player acquisition at key milestones but also sustain players activity overall.
· Gather and provide strategic insights - competitive, audience, trends, performance – and best practices for creator involvement and influence creator support at Production level.
· Identify and pursue new capabilities that can deliver strategic breakthroughs
Communication and collaboration
· Serve as a key partner to internal studio teams (and agencies – when relevant) to craft and coordinate creators’ activities, initiatives, and programs
· Partner with cross-functional teams from global publishing (Community Development, Communications, Media, Social Media) to increase efficiency, expand value proposition to creators, and ensure consistent and cohesive messaging and approach
· Partner with Hub managers to inform creator strategies, plans and programs that engage with diverse creators’ ecosystems. Execute strong global activations and events that resonate locally
Operations management
· Facilitate all core direct activity with creators through the Ubisoft Creators Program
· Drive ongoing coordination of program management with relevant partners including Production, Brand, Community Development, Media, Communication, and Hubs
· Plan and deliver premier events with content creators in partnership with key internal partners and/or external agencies
Insights & Reporting
· Partner with the Data & Insights Team to define realistic goals and set targets to help measure and demonstrate success and ROI of creator programs and initiatives
· Track and monitor performance to allow us to be agile, apply learnings as we go, and shift strategies if necessary
· Conduct surveys and workshops with creator partners to assess program and/or events appeal; collect feedback to improve our strategies, benefits, and opportunities
· Develop systematic postmortems to educate and inform key stakeholders
Qualifications
You have a record of building, presenting, and executing successful creator campaigns with an integrated approach to the creator’s global ecosystem.
You have demonstrated achievements in a fast-paced, international work environment and have strong attention to detail and experience leading complex projects from planning through execution. You are a subject matter expert who knows how to convince internally as well as externally with diplomacy and pertinence.
Qualities
· Passion and relevant experience working with Content Creators at a local or central/ global levels
· Ability to communicate up; ability to effectively speak with both internal and external partners/agencies to articulate ideas, needs, and resolve straightforward situations
· A willingness to work both autonomously and as a team
· A creative mindset - not afraid to experiment
· Curiosity about video, streaming, social media, and player culture
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies and vendors
· Experience and interest in working with data to make informed decisions and derive meaningful insights that shape strategy
