Your role

We are looking for a C++ Developer with interests in game development to join our Engine Programming team. As a Game Engine Developer,   you   will be on the front line of all dynamic and emerging engine technologies used to build AAA games, implementing new features and optimizing various hardware architectures.

DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN LOW-LEVEL SYSTEMS
Within our internal game engine

IMPLEMENT PRACTICAL AND TIMELY SOLUTIONS
That meet the game design and technical requirements

IMPLEMENT CODE
That is modular and self-contained and observes the technical constraints on the system

OPTIMIZE CODE AND DATA
For memory usage and performance as required

WRITE DEBUGGING TOOLS
For programmers, level designers and artists

OPTIMIZE DEVELOPMENT OF ASSIGNED FEATURES
During all stages of the development process, while working closely with team members of own or other job families

Qualifications

Your skills

KNOWLEDGE
Very good C/C++ programming skills, with good insight of object-oriented development
Strong debugging skills
Solid expertise of mathematics (geometry, vector algebra)

ANALYTICAL SKILLS
Able to analyze unfamiliar code of a reasonable complexity to understand and extend the functionality of an existing module

PLANNING AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Able to plan and estimate your own tasks and ensure timely delivery of work

DRIVE AND ENTHUSIASM
Self-motivated and pro-active with a strong work ethic
Interest and desire to work in the game development industry

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Collaborate effectively with other team members

ADVANTAGES 
Knowledge and/or experience with C++ game engines
Knowledge of modern rendering pipelines with DirectX 12 or Vulkan
Personal projects or professional experience related to game engine development
