As a part of the Global Communications team at Ubisoft’s headquarters, you will work alongside the Senior Corporate Brand Manager and participate in increasing the notoriety and image of the Ubisoft brand towards customers.

During this internship, you will:

·  Be responsible for updating the content of both internal and external Ubisoft’s websites in coordination with different stakeholders;
·  Be involved in several strategical projects (brand architecture, brand promise, website revamp) in collaboration with external partners as well as internal stakeholders across the world;
·  Identify new opportunities to raise awareness for Ubisoft as a strong consumer brand (monthly benchmarks…);
·  Coordinate internal communication projects that reach 17,000 team members around the world.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in branding or advertising (among agency or advertiser).

·  You are a student in a business school or university equivalent and you want to progress in a creative and innovative sector;
·  Thanks to your strong interpersonal & communication skills, you can connect with heterogeneous groups and interlocutors at all levels.
·  You have strong writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone to different situations,
·  You must have an Excellent English and French , both written and spoken. This internship will take place in an international environment;
·  A knowledge of the video game and entertainment industry is a plus but not mandatory

Comment préparer ma candidature chez Ubisoft ?

Notre processus de recrutement est constitué de plusieurs étapes. Vous échangez dans un premier temps avec un recruteur au téléphone pour déterminer si votre profil correspond bien à l’annonce mais aussi à vos envies. Un entretien physique ou un échange par Skype s’organisera par la suite avec votre recruteur et votre futur manager. Il est également possible que vous ayez à passer un cas pratique pendant le processus de recrutement ou à échanger avec votre prochain n+2 et certains de vos collègues.

Je ne connais pas le secteur du jeu vidéo. Ai-je ma place chez Ubisoft ?

Comment sont accompagnés les Trainees (stagiaires et alternants) durant leur expérience chez Ubi ?  

Nos équipes RH sont chargées de vous accompagner tout au long de votre expérience. Cela passe par un suivi RH de proximité (réponses aux questions du quotidien, discussions sur les possibilités de rester chez Ubi après votre stage…) et l’animation continue de la communauté Trainees (groupe WhatsApp, soirées, journée employabilité…).
