In Ukraine Ubisoft has two studios, Ubisoft Kyiv and Ubisoft Odesa, which focus on strengthening Ubisoft's presence on all platforms, with the main expertize in PC. Ubisoft Kyiv was established in 2008 and is one of the biggest GameDev studios in Ukraine that collaborated on blockbusters like Assassin's Creed®, Far Cry®, Steep®, Watch Dogs®, Trials®, Rainbow Six®, Ghost Recon ® and more. Ubisoft Odesa was opened in March 2018 and takes part in the development of Ubisoft’s world-known franchises.

Ubisoft Kyiv is looking for an Associate Producer to join one of the AAA titles under development in the studio. As the Associate Producer, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the members of the development team. The incumbent will oversee the advancement of the work and the attainment of production objectives as well as ensure high levels of motivation and commitment from team members.

Responsibilities:

·  Resolves complex problems, and if needed suggests alternatives;
·  Delivers extremely reliable work;
·  Brings ideas that have added-value for the game (content, processes, tools, etc.) and which he/she has investigated the relevance and the feasibility; 
·  Is a mainstay/motor for the project’s success;
·  Demonstrate a high level of anticipation and proactiveness (quality & scheduling risk management);
·  Reports regularly to the project management team;
·  Validates choices that impact the project’s team;
·  Solicits his/her supervisor on strategic questions;
·  Ensures smooth communication within his/her team and with the project’s other professions;
·  Relays the global vision of the game.

Requirements: 

·  Knowledge of project management methods and tools to plan & coordinate;
·  Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of managing risks;
·  Analytical skills required to optimize the budget and managing schedules and project resources to achieve desired results;
·  Portfolio of video games delivered;
·  Strong knowledge of technological tools;
·  Ability to analyze production metrics and benchmarks to maximize the productivity of the project;
·  Good knowledge about the video game industry and its evolution;
·  Expertise in Microsoft Project, issue tracking tools, and/or other online project management tools;
·  Advanced level of English.
