Poste et missions:
The Outsourcing project manager will coordinate co dev and outsourcing mandates for India Ubisoft studios with internal and external partners.
The incumbent collaborates with the specialized purchaser(s) on the India Ubisoft purchasing team and be the point of contact for headquarters with regards to internal mandates.
JOB RESPONSABILITIES
- Centralize mandates information (internal and external, current and upcoming);
- Validate project plans, staff allocation and budgeting related information with internal teams and stakeholders;
- Determine needs that will arise in the years to come and set collaboration roadmaps with in line with studio strategy;
- Ensure visibility for the India studio by following up with headquarters and service teams on upcoming mandates;
- Challenge service teams and be a facilitator when issues arise;
- Define and draft best practices with production managers based on templates;
- Follow up on projects and get feedback from external and internal collaborators;
- Transmit information on partners via the database;
- Carry out all other related tasks.
Profil:
JOB REQUIREMENT
- University degree in business administration, project management and /or
Engineer degree education or any other relevant training
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in project planning/management
- Prior experience in contract negotiations and finalization.
- Prior experience in working in international multisite remote collaborations is a plus.
JOB SKILLS
- Project Management knowledge and coordination skills. PMP/Scrum certification is a plus.
- Reporting skills
- Ability to comprehensively define and track performance (KPI).
- Knowledge of video game (preferred) or software development pipeline.
- Strong data analysis skills. Ability to review, analyze and interpret data and trends.
