Within the Business Development, Operations, Safety and Performance department of Transdev Group, you will assist the Group Business Development Manager with his main mission: help Transdev Group spread its activities, through improvement of the overall quality of Business Development knowledge, documentation and techniques.
You will assist the Group Business Development Manager in his below duties:
- Animation of Transdev Group's Business Development community (+200 members across dans 17 countries): spread of information on Transdev's internal social network, organisation of webinars on Business Development related topics, organisation of events

- Knowledge Management:

- Management, organisation and spread of knowledge supporting Business Development: commercial and technical documentation, references, processes, procedures...

- Reviewing and helping with the translation of documentation supporting Business Development

- Administration of the platform on which Business Development documentation is centralised

Operational support to tenders: content writing for on-going tenders, support to administrating internal tender platform.>

Desired profile

Who you are, skills and education :


You will work in an international environment, where all contents are in English#CD# therefore, English is your mother tongue. Good abilities in French are a plus.
You own very strong writing skills, are comfortable with the formatting functions of the Office suite, and not afraid with the handling of new softwares.
Curious and open-minded, you appreciate working in groups and do not hesitate to ask for colleagues to help you complete your duties, as numerous interactions with the Business Development community and departments at headquarters are necessary to your job.
 
Any profile at master's degree meeting the above criteria will be considered, whether from university / marketing school / engineer school.
