Job Description

Overall Responsibilities
- Responsible to track and monitor the training budget and expenditure (including cost savings)
- Partners with internal trainers and managers to foresee future functional training needs and ensure smooth deployment in the region
- Partners with training team in HQ to promote and deploy management training initiatives in Asia Pacific Middle East (APMO)
- Prepares the communication of “by invitation & management trainings” in APMO and ensure the suitable trainings are proposed in liaison with related VP, MDs and Talent Developers   
- Drives the deployment of annual training plan, training catalogue and training inventory by coordinating with various stakeholders in APMO
- Reviews and evaluates trainings through online training evaluation tool to ensure quality of training programs
- Prepares report on the utilization of the identified mandatory Group e-learnings
- Creates training dashboards and provide useful training analytics for decision making
- Analyzes training evaluation results, tracks and follows up on specific action items for improvements
- Works closely with the Training team in Paris to ensure the training history and records are correctly registered
- Assists the APMO affiliates on recording trainings and in tracking mandatory on-boarding courses
- Assists the APMO affiliates on the e-learning platform for TOTAL employees

Learning Needs and Plan
- Assists in organizing and conducting annual learning needs exercise and develop the total learning needs plan for Singapore and APMO Zone
- Manages the administration of learning needs and liaise with training representatives in different countries in APMO and managers to identify, collate and meet the learning needs of employees
- Plans and develops the yearly and quarterly training plans and calendar based on learning needs 
- Plans and organizes  training programs in Singapore and evaluate course feedback for areas of improvement 
- Assists in tracking and monitoring learning needs plan together with stakeholders from countries in APMO zone to ensure plan is on track and fulfilled
- Prepares quarterly and yearly training report for the zone (APMO)
- Tracks all re-billing matters in close coordination with Finance and with the Business Training Managers of the zone

Candidate profile

- Academic Background: Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration 
- Experience:  3-5 years of relevant experience in training and development with evident track record of achievements in training management, planning, monthly reporting and organizing training programs
- Familiar with training analytics and budgeting
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders in APMO
- Skills:  Able to work in team, open-minded, ability to generate new ideas and demonstrate conviction and influence, organized, willingness to support teams and other managers
- Excellent negotiation and people skills
