About the Role
The Telesales Representative will provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The Telesales Representative is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of customers via phone and internet and managing sales contracts. The Telesales Representative will work towards monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Responsilibities

·  Managing a portfolio of small and medium customers
·  Qualifying prospects from incoming calls and web requests
·  Generating and qualifying leads from outgoing calls
·  Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
·  Carrying out measures instrumental to generate new business with existing customers: upselling campaigns
·  Launching communication operations by phone (new services, new stations…)
·  Managing contracts and cards creation in our GESCOM IT system
·  Ensuring customer satisfaction
·  Attending training and to developing relevant knowledge and skills.
·  Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals

About the Candidate

·  Good interpersonal and communication skills with the utmost ethical principles
·  Autonomous and self-driven individual
·  Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
·  Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
·  Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
·  Strong selling and negotiations skills – ideally gained within HGV environment, proven track record of sales wins
·  Ability to influence across a wide range of buyers
·  Business English
