Join department GRP in Total Solar Generation Head of Benelux, your position requires various abilities.

Among them, the Identification of Commercial & Industrial prospects likely to enter in a Solar Lease Agreement or equivalent.

Moreover, you will participate to the realization of commercial proposals (non-binding and binding offers) destined to create value for our clients.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining tools to industrialize our offer & process and following up and coordinating the project development with our partners.

You will contribute to improving the relationship management from first contact to Solar Lease or PPA signature and be responsible for contractual negotiation also helped with the management.

Follow-up and monitoring of all business evolutions potentially impacting the development of generating and selling solar lease contracts or equivalent in the perimeter.

Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business and being responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct & indirect sales channel.

Analyzing the market to identify potential key customers.

Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Negotiating high-value contracts to a close and managing local key accounts.

Desired profile

Profil recherché

·  You have a Master’s degree in engineering, sciences or business and at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience positioning sophisticated solutions and cost-benefit analyses.
·  An experience of 3 to 5 years of team management experience would be appreciated.
·  The team will appreciate your Business development in the Renewables in The Netherlands Skills and your ability in Building long-term relationships and structuring pricing proposals.
·  Your experience in modeling offers and Negotiation skills will be required.
·  You will be flexible and proactive to deal with complex situations and achieve sales targets.
·  Benelux working languages French and Dutch. English advanced knowledge is required. While it would be helpful for a candidate to have experience in Solar, we recognize that the solar B2B market is nascent and therefore we are considering candidates with experience in adjacent sectors.

The Business Developer will be responsible for growing Total Solar’s leadership in the Distributed Generation / B2B solar sector in Benelux to reach competitive goals.
He/She will report to the Total Solar Distributed Generation Head of Benelux.

Thus, he/she will be leading the projects in all phases of project development, coordinating stakeholders, closing exclusivity deals with co-development partners, building long-term relationships and supporting the closing of transactions with strategic and large companies.
