Job Description

Full time internship: MAY-AUG19

1. To assist in organizing supplier outreach and tender walk through
2. To assist in organizing tender via Ariba (training to be provided)
3 To assist in evaluating end-user Purchase Requisitions for completeness and relevance of data in accordance to Purchasing Practices
4. To assist in evaluating vendor creation according to compliance guideline
5. To assist in data consolidation and verification on various purchasing reports
6.  To assist in maintaining and managing Master Data Management for Vendors
7.Support all other tasks/projects assigned when required
