Job Description

HSEQ
·  Ensure HSEQ rules and guidelines are adhered to in the production floor.
·  Fulfill product quality First Time Pass Rate target set by management.
·  Supervise team for safe work and proper housekeeping  
Production Operations
·  Supervise and control filling activities to ensure a safe and smooth operation
·  Supervise team performance and control their movement
·  Organize and deployment manpower in daily production
·  Check and ensure product and packaging materials availability
·  Adjust production schedule according to the availability of product, packaging materials, manpower, and filling lines
·  Monitor and control the stock of labels
·  Monitor and control daily production progress to meet the requirement of daily production schedule
·  Coordinate with maintenance for equipment trouble shooting, maintenance and project work
·  Coordinate with  procurement for new packaging materials testing
·  Coordinate with logistics for damage goods rework
·  Daily record and reporting
·  Manage and control the production tools to ensure its availability and in good condition  
Team Management
·  Maintain high level of motivation and team spirit through effective communications, fair work allocation and constant engagement with team members and co-workers
·  Ensure adequate training of technicians to perform their tasks
·  Ensure flexibility and robustness of workforce via cross-training
·  Coach and guide team in daily tasks and for development
·  Take into account welfare of staff, while balancing the operational requirements

Candidate profile

·  Diploma in technical/engineering discipline
·  2 years in a manufacturing environment, preferred in chemical/oil & Gas industries.
·  A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
·  Independent, self-motivated and positive
