Are you the one to identify and drive innovative improvement projects within Logistics and Support to Operations (LSO) to enable safe and cost-efficient services? If yes, then this position at Total in Esbjerg office might be your match!

Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility of the deployment of relevant tools and systems within LSO. You will also drive improvement projects such as innovation and digitalization projects. 

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

·  Identify, drive, promote and coach continuous improvement projects (hereunder innovation and digitalization projects) through improvement of equipment and methods used, hereunder tools, systems, services and operating procedures
·  Establish LSO deliverables in the integrated asset planning with Planning & Coordination and through an effective feedback loop ensures to continuously update forecasted logistics assets required, operational plans and budgets
·  Ensure embedment and consistency of LSO referential and TEPDK procedures and its respect by users;
·  Drive LSO budget process and any revisions with FBS and Head of LSO and the respective LSO budget owners, further drives department Cost Control and provide relevant support to the LSO team;
·  Develop and drive a performance culture through quality control and performance (KPI) system and maintain relevant procedures accordingly;
·  Analyze the performance within aviation, marine, supply base, underwater and lifting portfolios, propose and drive appropriate improvements in collaboration with the operational teams, further maintain records and statistics to ensure accurate reporting, KPIs, CPIs and prepares consolidated reports for TEPDK and HQ;
·  Ensure benchmarking between TEPDK other Total Affiliates as well as other Operators.

Your background

·  Background in relevant discipline e.g. Logistics, Engineering, Economy or Business Administration;
·  5 years of industry experience in relevant disciplines such as Planning, Operations & Supply Chain with a sound understanding of Continuous Improvement;
·  Experience in Change Management;
·  Knowledge of logistics processes and systems;
·  Proficiency in oral and written English.

As Methods Engineer in LSO, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in Continuous Improvements, budgeting, cost control, reporting as well as data driven performance management (KPI’s). This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in ensuring innovative improvement projects through improvement of equipment and methods used. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when supporting and facilitating safe and cost-efficient Logistics services to internal clients towards delivering on TEPDK business objectives.

Fixed term contract on 2 years.
