职位描述

· Define and manage social media strategy under dual brands on all social platforms including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, or other global validated platform – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and its equivalent local platforms approved,.

· Plan and deploy the social posting with align to com. & media strategy to support business targets, ensure KPIs achievement defined for each platforms, include but not limit to follower increase to 1M on TLC WeChat, 500k on Elf WeChat by end of 2019, equivalent for both Weibo accounts.

· Closely working with com./PR/segment/trade mkt. team to plan and deploy social campaign with full KPIs achievement (awareness, fans recruitment, REACH, impression…)

· Responsible for loyalty-C program, including but not limit to platform and model design, plan and deploy recruitment, drive the KPIs achievement upon each key milestones as a part of CRM program.

· Plan and manage key performance metrics for user acquisition programs on owned media, interpret performance data to enhance traffic and conversation for continuous improvement.

· Excellent management skill with external agencies with respect to cost efficiency

· Sensitive to market trends, competitor and new creative social media activities, marketing automation development in China Work cross-functionally with Platform, Operation, Marketing, and Tech team on related tasks.

· Conduct new projects and other tasks assigned by manager, team work with peers to achieve same goal.

· Work closely with global and MSAP team on assigned projects.

职位要求

· Bachelor or above degree in Social, Marketing or customer relationship related disciplines with a master degree as a plus

· Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, social media fields is a must, CRM relevant education or experience as a plus; experience in popular social media, digital or e-commerce related dept. in FMCG is a preferred.

· Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, team player;

· Detail-oriented, energetic, passionate, self-motivated and supportive thinking;

· Respect to deadline and willing on over-time duty working;
· Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in Office PC software and tools.
