In Denmark we are 1,800 employees of which 1,500 work from Esbjerg, the center of Denmark’s offshore industry. As operator of the Danish Underground Consortium (DUC), we produce 85% of the oil and 97% of the gas from the Danish North Sea, making an important contribution to the country’s economy, energy supply and employment.

As our new HR Advisor you will have a vital role in establishing a close relationship to the business advising on all kinds of HR questions. The HR advisors are also responsible for creation of contractual documents and maintenance of our HR systems. You will be part of our HR Shared Services Team in Denmark supporting employees across Denmark. You will report to the Head of HR Shared Services DK .

Your key tasks and responsibilities

·  Be available for questions and sparring with the business on HR questions
·  Maintenance of other communication channels such as the employee handbook and HR intranet
·  Create contractual documents and maintain HR systems
·  Work in close collaboration with our vendors for outsourced services

We are looking for someone who: 
work in a structured manner and enjoy working in a fast passed environment with a lot of changes. Since you will be dealing with many stakeholders, you must also be very service minded, clear and responsive in your communication. 

·  By nature you are proactive and take action on improvement.
·  You prefer to follow processes and have an understanding of the need for quality in our work
·  You have excellent English skills both written and spoken
·  Preferably you have experience working with SAP systems
