Job Description

·  Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all data management, including Budget, Long Term Plan & Regular Performance Reporting
·  Assist in the compilation of data and provide analysis to help define and project future Key Performance Indicators (KPIs, for geographical zones and affiliates level  
·  Assist in preparing accurate and timely consolidation of various reports for affiliates and provide key highlights for quick and value added analysis
·  Provide support to Lubricants affiliates to  f acilitate compilation of key performance and Business KPIs
·  Engage internal stakeholders to communicate the KPIs at APMO level
·  Provide detail analysis on TOAP commercial sales to identify key business opportunities and emerging trends, support on pricing management
·  Study key trends in the business and industry and in both internal and external environment to be able to conduct meaningful analysis  
·  Attend to ad-hoc projects as assigned by VP Lubricants
·  Provide cost & pricing support for key tenders & B2B key account

Candidate profile

·  Bachelor degree Engineering and Business (preferably with financial analysis experience)
·  Good knowledge of Financial Ratio is preferred
·  Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI etc. Business Intelligence Tools
·  Independent, autonomous, motivated, and a team player
·  Possess strong analytical and communication skills
·  SAP experience is preferred
