Job Description

Total Marine Fuels Global Solutions is abusiness unit ofTotal,the fourth largest international oil and gas company, specialized in worldwide bunkering activities. With offices in Singapore (HQ), Paris and Geneva, we provide a full spectrum of multifuel solutions and customized service to a wide range of customers.
Operating countries: more than 20 including France, Belgium, Netherlands, Singapore, Korea, Pacific Islands.

Responsible for operations in Europe and Africa:
·  Physical implementation of bunker traders’ deals in Europe & Africa for conventional fuels (HSFO, VLSFO, MGO) and LNG bunkering starting 2020.
·  Manage logistics by handling Time Chart, COA and Back-to-Back bunker operations
·  Administrative follow-up of bunker sales via Medissys software and in coordination with Middle-Office, Back-Office and clients.

·  Implement physical bunker deliveries in coordination with TMFGS traders, local maritime agents, barge operators, refinery/terminal, vessel’s crew and clients
·  Maintain up to date the delivery planning for each key area (France and ARA)
·  Apply nomination procedure: validate and issue full set of nominations (supplier, client, agent, inspector, etc.)
·  Apply vetting procedures
·  Manage from opening to closing all Quality and Quantity claims (inspector nomination, client interface etc.) and demurrage claims
·  Input all operational data into Total’s trading software “Medissys” (Bill of Lading, Bunker Delivery Note, etc.)
·  Estimate all operational costs and receivables that can affect P&L and input them into Medissys (demurrage, freight, inspection cost etc)
·  Management of storage facility in Medissys (in/outputs, end month adjustments)
·  Daily check of key P&L inputs (prices formula, quantities, dates) in coordination with Middle Office
·  Follow-up back office operations: check invoices to be paid and receivables

Candidate profile

·  Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or business.
·  Rigorous, strict enforcement of procedures

·  Experience in bunkers, supply, logistics and/or shipping
·  English is mandatory, French also needed for bunker activities in French ports.
