职位描述

-Answer all products and technical inquires from sales person, customers and local distributors.
-Provide product solution and proposal  to internal colleagues and external customers.
-Provide technical training for sales team, distributors and customers.
-Cooperate with Marketing Team, audit the marketing materials and provide technical proposal.
-Cooperate with PQL Dept., provide the technical and application feedback and suggestions.
-Provide updated product presentations or create new presentation, sales tool, benefit report and service report to support sales team to expand business.
-Collect and analyse the competitor’s products and the specifications, and the information such as label, package, brochure, leaflet and so on. Collect enough market info to related department.
-Work closely with sales team, to ensure successful application of Total Products 
-Focus and expand high-end products business, and give a plan to coaching sales person.
-Handle customer complaint and help customer to resolve technical problems.
-Implement the action plan of Technical and Product Application Department. 
-Build the good relationship with local or mini OEM, try best to get some OEM recommendations.
-Follow closely company’s AO strategy, push new product’s development.
-Participate in company activities  as  technical expert, and give professional speech​

职位要求

-College or Above, major in mechanics or automobile engineering or chemistry will be a plus.
-Strong technical or technical service or product research background, lubricants or Auto industry will be a  plus. 
-Minimum 3 years work experience in lubricant industry experience.
-Excellent service attitude, Adaptable to frequent business travels.
-Excellent communication and expression skills.
-Team work player, can work independently.
-Excellent communication and expression skills.
-Both Good in English and Mandarin, French is a plus
-Self-driven/motivated with strong desire to succeed, mature, initiative, independent
-Ability to work in team within a matrix system and under great pressure
-Ability to learn quickly.
