Job Description

Following activities included in this summer internship:

- Main responsibility processing of invoices and travel/expense claims.

- Processing incoming invoices
- Process manual incoming invoices
- Processing travel/expense claims
- Follow up vendors (errors, discussions)
- Review draft payment proposal (prepared by Treasury) and fix items in the error message list

The summer internship provides an introduction to Total E&P Norge and an insight into working within our company.

College / University.
