Job Description

Join one of the fast growing and dynamic organization in Bucharest as an  Accounting Specialist with French ! We are expending the following teams:
Accounts Payable with French
• Process Accounts Payable documents with and without reference to system PO in SAP, manual PO and non-PO transaction
• Process payment upon Affiliate’s payment requests, including urgent or advance payments, which includes validate the request, ensuring the request has been approved
• Create & update vendor master data in SAP
• Prepare vendor reconciliation periodically and assist in the resolution of invoice discrepancies with finance function of Affiliates
• Process employees’ system and manual claims and advances, which includes checking and verification of these payment requests against supporting documents

General Ledger with French
• Post fixed assets additions, disposals, transfers and depreciation in SAP
• Post period-end provision entries according to instructions
• Process bank statement posting and bank account reconciliation
• Prepare revaluation report and post revaluation entries
• Prepare initial account reconciliation with current documentation and propose adjustments and post when necessary
• Apply closing schedule timeline and perform corresponding tasks

Accounts Receivable with French
• Configure SEPA mandates only when they are dully signed and controlled at local level
• Process based on the details by invoice number of each bank transfer the following day as soon as the bank transfer arrive
• Generate the monthly customers statements of account and send them to the local entity for onward transfer to the customers (external and intercompany)
• Perform a regular monthly/quarterly customer account reconciliation

Candidate profile

• For junior profiles: University graduate, Economics studies represent an advantage
• For experienced profiles: previous experience in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ General Ledger is a must
• Good level of French (minimum B1 - intermediate) and good level of English (minimum B2 - intermediate-advanced)
• Problem solving and result orientation with good analytical, planning and organizing skills.
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge Transfer previous experience would be a plus
