• Request & confirm airport transfers for London Requests • Process London Mini-breaks packages and send to relevant accommodation. Re-order bus tickets and travel cards to meet demand • Prepare all trip folders and trip documentation for Trip Leaders • Provide general administrative support • Process weekly stationary order for London office • Assist Marketing team in brochure proofing
• Ability to think outside the square and use initiative • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Willingness to learn • High level attention to detail • Strong problem solving ability • Must be a team player • And of course… A passion for all things travel related!
