TheAssistant Client Development Manageris an stimulating role that is responsible for supporting store managers with strategies to enhance our clients experience and assist our employees to build strong clienteling capabilities.

The partner in this role is a dynamic, attentive and inspiring leader who has strong relationship building skills with internal and external clients, and can set the standard for unsurpassed customer service.

They are driven by service excellence and their partnership with Retail Management maximises the performance of our employees. Core skills revolve around thinking, knowledge, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and self-management.

Responsibilities

Business Development

- Champion and manage Tiffany & Co. strategy across the market including reporting, coaching and driving performance

- Partnering closely with Public Relations across annual Retail events

- Partnering with the business for market gifting

- Partnering with the business regarding learning and development initiatives

- Supporting local market opportunities for customer development strategy

- Driving and measuring performance for CRM Programmes for UK Retail

CIM

- Market representative for global program; close partnership with Central Project Team

- Support ongoing training and development including onboarding and best practice

- Capture and manage market data

Retail Collateral

- Management of all marketing material and budgets in conjunction with Central team

Desired profile

Qualifications

- Preferred relevant degree and/or professional qualification

- 1-2 years of sales experience in retail/luxury retail

- Previous experience in a client database/proficiency with engage system

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel, Outlook and Point of Sales

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment

- Flexibility to work in a variety of locations and must be prepared to travel if necessary

Please note that this position is a maternity leave cover and will be for 12 months or until the substantive incumbent returns, whichever is the sooner.
