Your responsibilities

Overall visitor and office management on the following.

·  You will handle all incoming calls
·  You will manage visitor registration
·  You will be responsible for meeting room management
·  You will handle courier and mail arrangements
·  You will be responsible for office supplies management
·  You will also handle all other general administration matters
·  You will be the travel system administrator
·  You will manage travel and expenses claims

Your profile

·  You must possess ‘O/A/Diploma’ education or equivalent
·  You should have experience in use of MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
·  You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills
·  You should have excellent command of written and spoken English
·  You should have a pleasant personality
