Your responsibilities

We are currently seeking candidates for exciting full-time internship opportunities. A great opportunity for college students to gain valuable work experience within our Danville plant. Students will have the opportunity to learn about our business and gain hands-on work experience while working under the direction of personnel from a variety of departments. Departments include: IT, Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Program Management, Quality, Logistics, Human Resources, and General Business.

Competencies

The successful candidate should be disciplined, organized, and extremely reliable. Should be highly trainable, possessing the ability to retain information and apply knowledge in a practical setting. Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Other Qualifications

Candidate should have a mechanical aptitude and a desire to enter into an industrial technology/manufacturing career after the completion of high school or college.

Our offer to you
The internship is paid and is full-time during the summer. Ideally, the candidate will start shortly after the completion of the spring semester. The work hours are 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday but may vary based on business demands.
