Your responsibilities
As Microsoft CRM Specialist you will be responsible for the technical development of the Customer Relationship Management platform based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM within the Business Area Industrial Solutions. In this role you report directly to the Program Manager CRM.
· Collecting the requirements of the different Business Units based on business processes and use cases
· Translate the business requirements from the various Business Units into Functional Design Documents in cooperation with the solution provider
· Accompany the solution provider in the implementation of the requirements
· Responsible for the quality assurance of the results
· Define relevant interfaces to other systems (e.g. SAP, Business Warehouse etc.)
· Manage and support the migration of data from other sources to the system
· Support data management and cleansing
· Generate dashboards, views and reports in the system
· Manage continuous improvement efforts for the platform
Your profile
· The role requires education to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. project management, IT management, business administration)
· At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a similar function
· In-depth knowledge and proven experience in the field of implementation of CRM platforms based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
· Deep Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
· Good project management skills
· Excellent social and communicational skills to be able to work and lead in very different team constellations
· Fluent in German and English
· Strong commitment and proactive attitude
· Goal-orientation and assertiveness
· Very good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
