Material Planner supports daily production operations by securing an optimal supply of material required for manufacturing to meet daily customer demand. Responsible for ensuring coordination and release of components required to meet customer requirements efficiently while maintaining approved inventory levels.

Your responsibilities

Knowledge & Skills:
High tolerance towards working under pressure
Highly developed planning, organizing, negotiating, and problem solving skills
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Personal judgment and independence to take actions, depending on his/her superiors
Works well in a team environment
High motivation to confront challenges and changes
Conditioned independence (following process rules, norms and company policy) and his/her superior's instructions.
Must have SAP experience
Become aware of the TKASA Quality Program

Your profile

Responsibilities Include:
Material planning activities that support production and meet customer requirements
Tracking of supplier shipments
Coordinate RTV's (Return to Vendor)
Coordinate raw material rework with suppliers
Maintain inventory levels in accordance with departmental goals and objectives
Review MRP data to ensure data elements for BOMs, routers and lead times are accurate
Support and drive continuous improvement and lean activities
Operate appropriately within respective areas of the Quality Program
Additional responsibilities and activities may be added on a need basis, as assigned by management.
